One accountable team, from planning to handover
CablingHub is the commercial cabling division of Synergy IT Solutions, serving Toronto and the GTA. We bring cabling, cabinets, wireless and connected workplace systems into one coordinated project scope. Your IT and facilities teams get defined responsibilities, a written proposal and agreed testing records, making the work easier to approve, coordinate and support.
You get straightforward advice, a written proposal and installation details your IT and facilities teams can review. We discuss access, occupied areas and change windows before work starts, then agree the records you need when the installation is complete.
From the first conversation, we help your IT and facilities teams get the details they need to move forward. Qualification documents, site requirements and testing records are discussed early, helping you keep approvals and installation planning on track.
Four reasons businesses choose CablingHub
Your project should be straightforward to understand, carefully coordinated and easier to support after installation. These are the practical details CablingHub helps your team get right.
A scope you can compare
Know what your quote includes. We define the proposed connections, cable routes, testing and site requirements, so you can compare proposals and make informed decisions about your budget.
A plan for an occupied business
We plan access, work areas and agreed change windows around your site. Your staff and customers are part of the planning, helping you prepare for installation and any necessary outages.
Credentials that support approval
Your landlord, purchasing team or facilities manager may need evidence before work starts. We help provide the relevant insurance, safety and technical records early, keeping vendor approval connected to the installation plan.
Infrastructure your team can support
Clear labels, port records and agreed test results help your IT team understand the finished installation. Those records give you a useful starting point for troubleshooting, adding users or planning the next upgrade.
Certifications, Safety Standards & Compliance
Your cabling solutions provider should give your team confidence in the installation. CablingHub technicians bring manufacturer training, trade qualifications and recognised cabling practices to your project. These credentials support careful planning, skilled installation and the records your IT and facilities teams need.
Panduit Certified Installers
CablingHub’s Panduit-certified technicians install specified Panduit cabling and connectivity systems to the agreed design. Where a manufacturer system warranty is included, we plan for the applicable accreditation, component, testing and registration requirements.
BICSI training and RCDD design requirements
BICSI-trained CablingHub technicians apply recognised commercial cabling practices. If your project calls for an RCDD credential holder’s design review or sign-off, we identify that responsibility in the scope so your IT team knows how the design will be checked.
631A and FOA fibre qualifications
CablingHub’s specialist team includes 631A-qualified Network Cabling Specialists and FOA Certified Fiber Optic Technicians (CFOT). Their training supports skilled communications cabling and fibre work. Relevant technician qualification records are available for your vendor review.
Structured cabling and Ontario code requirements
Installations follow the applicable ANSI/TIA-568 requirements and Ontario building, electrical and fire requirements. Where a specification cites CSA T529, we confirm its edition and applicability during review. FT6/CMP cable and appropriate firestopping are selected where required by the actual pathway, space and project conditions.
A handover your IT team can use
Your IT team should be able to trace a connection and understand how it was checked. We test the installed links in the agreed scope and connect the results to the right cable, outlet, panel or fibre, giving your team useful evidence at handover.
Copper links are certified using Fluke DSX equipment. Fibre records include the applicable OTDR traces and required end-to-end optical loss results, providing both fault-location information and the measurements needed for the agreed acceptance checks.
- Clear identifiers: cable, outlet, panel and fibre labels that correspond with the project records.
- Agreed test criteria: the link type, limits and acceptance requirements relevant to the installation.
- Usable files: PDF reports and native test files or trace files where agreed in the scope.
- Corrective work recorded: recorded exceptions, corrective work and retest results where a link needs attention.
Have a reporting format your IT team prefers? Share it during planning so we can agree the files and records to include with your completed installation.
Documented project experience
These historical examples come from company case-study records finalised in April 2022. They describe work by the wider Synergy IT Solutions team, of which CablingHub is a division. Client names and site details are withheld for confidentiality.
01 · Retail cabling for a mobile-order rollout
A national retailer needed its stores ready for a mobile-order launch. Our wider Synergy IT Solutions team installed data cabling and label/ticket printers during overnight and early-morning access windows. The company case study records a completed multi-site rollout. The practical lesson for your project: agree device connections, access arrangements and the rollout sequence before installation starts.
02 · Wireless upgrades in laboratory and production facilities
A laboratory and manufacturing business needed more dependable wireless coverage while production continued. The team used surveys and heatmaps to plan access points, installed cabling for new APs, and reviewed exit-survey findings with the customer’s network team. Follow-up work included AP relocation and controller tuning. The documented approach combined installation with validation and corrective work.
03 · Store switch replacement with cable checks
A retailer needed switch upgrades across multiple stores. The team configured and allocated switches before deployment, added data cabling where required, tested and relabelled existing cables, and installed the switches with help-desk coordination. This historical project illustrates how connection records and installation scheduling support an equipment change.

01Advice around your goals
Tell us what is slowing your team down, what is changing and when you need to be ready. We use those priorities to shape a practical cabling or infrastructure plan, helping you invest in what your business needs now while allowing for future growth.
02A plan that fits your site
We review cable routes, cabinet space, access and existing connections before recommending the installation approach. Landlord rules and site safety requirements are included in the planning, helping you spot constraints early and prepare your premises for the work.
03A clear proposal
Your proposal explains the work, equipment, responsibilities and agreed testing and handover records. We clarify the scope, schedule and warranty options before installation, so your team can assess the investment and approve the work with a shared understanding of what is included.
04Work around your operations
Your workplace has people, customers and commitments to consider. We coordinate access, work areas and agreed change windows with your site contact. If conditions change, we explain the impact on timing, scope or cost before the next step is approved.
05Quality checked and documented
You receive evidence of the work completed. We test installed links against the agreed requirements, address items that need attention and retest where required. The resulting records give your IT team a clear basis for reviewing the installation and supporting the network.
06A handover your team can use
Your team receives the agreed test results, labels and installation records, with key information reviewed at handover. We can also discuss spare capacity and future additions, so the next person supporting your network has useful records to work from.
Workmanship backed by a one-year warranty
Your business needs confidence in the installation after handover. CablingHub backs its workmanship with a standard one-year warranty and helps you understand any manufacturer system warranty available for your selected solution.
Support after handover
We stand behind the quality of our installation work with a standard one-year workmanship warranty. If an installation issue arises, contact our team so it can be reviewed under the agreed warranty terms. You have a clear point of contact after handover.
Security expertise for demanding projects
Your security project needs equipment that fits your business and purchasing requirements. CablingHub helps you select cameras, access control and alarm equipment for your site. If your project has NDAA or TAA requirements, we review the exact models, origin and contract criteria before recommending equipment.
For alarm projects that require it, ULC-certified central station monitoring options are available. We work through your insurer’s or tender’s requirements early, including whether a project-specific ULC installation certificate is needed. The proposal clearly identifies the equipment, monitoring and documentation included.
Cabling Brands We Carry
Choose from established cabling, networking, security and AV brands for your commercial project. We help you compare suitable equipment and build a solution that fits your site, existing systems and support needs.
Your proposal identifies the selected models, availability, compatibility and licensing. Any required manufacturer warranty, authorised partner evidence or hardware compliance is confirmed for the proposed solution.
Built around the way your business operates
A cabling solutions provider should understand the way your business works. CablingHub helps you make practical choices, coordinates the installation with your site team and gives your IT staff the information they need to manage the finished system.
Moving offices? We plan around the connections your people need at their desks, on calls and in meeting rooms. Running a warehouse, shop or busy workplace? We coordinate work areas and access around your operating needs. For facilities teams managing several locations, we help organise site requirements and consistent handover records.
Whether you are adding a few workstations or preparing for growth, the aim is the same: infrastructure your team can use, understand and build on. We support businesses across Toronto and the GTA, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan and Markham.
